The Office of Undergraduate International Admissions at San Francisco State University uses an express mail service called eShipGlobal that will allow you to receive your formal Notice of Admission letter and I-20/Certificate of Eligibility through DHL or FEDEX in 3-5 days. Requesting your admission documents through this service is at YOUR EXPENSE and your credit card (VISA, Mastercard or Discover card only) will be charged upon requesting this service.
To request Express Mail Service go to the following website: study.eshipglobal.com.
This service is for the mailing of the admission letter and I-20. Do not request express mailing before you are admitted to the university.
When requesting the express mailing service, make sure you provide a correct address and credit card number, so there is no delay in mailing. Instructions to create a shipment
- Go to the eShipGlobal website.
- Click “Student Sign Up” button.
- Fill in the your personal information to create an account and click “Register.”
- After you have created an account, you will be sent an email to activate your account. Click on the link provided in the email to activate your account. You will receive a second email after your account has been successfully activated.
- Click “Student/Scholar Login” on the homepage.
- At the welcome page, click on “Receive Documents From Your University” to create a shipment.
- Type "San Francisco State University" in the University Search Box.
- Choose "Undergraduate Admissions – Intl. Dept." and click “Continue.”
- Review your mailing address and select document type, then click “Continue.”
- Choose the shipping company and quote and click “Continue&rdquo.;
- Enter your credit card information and click “Confirm Payment.”
- eShipGlobal will send International Undergraduate Admissions an email with the shipping label.
The shipment will be sent when the admission letter and I-20 are ready. You will receive an email from eShipGlobal as soon as the shipment is processed.
